The stats say there are approximately 6,000 page views per month, yet hardly anyone ever leaves a comment or sends me a message with feedback. I primarily write about music, but the most popular posts are the few I've written about travel. So I'm wondering, does anyone read this blog or find what I say helpful or interesting?

ReplyDeleteI first stumbled across your blog when I was interested in buying a banjo ukulele a couple of years ago. Since then I have followed with a keen interest your musings and insights on music theory, jams, folk music, beer and travel.
Other blogs seem to be more interactive than yours (eg. ukulelehunt.com) however yours tends to be more detailed, informative and interesting.
that's what keeps me coming back.

DeleteLanny -- As a fellow blogger I know what you are talking about. My purpose to start a blog was to use it as a storage place for items that I found interesting and I wanted to store. I liked to have links to music and tablature. I started off blogging for the GCEA-tuned ukulele but migrated to the baritone ukulele with the low-D tuning which I call DoGBonE tuning. Then I realized that it was pretty hard to find good stuff for the bari and it became my journey.
