Bonne Humeur. This tune is the first one on the album and is also called "Bonne Humeur" -- a Haitian Meringue written by Arthur Duroseau. Below are images containing the sheet music and a YouTube video with the audio.

Thanks for posting this - I had not heard of The Etcetera String Band before but I love this music - I am working it out on 5string banjo from you scores.
